All I've been hearing and reading are comments regarding MJ's death and memorial. Yes, it was a shock to hear about his death and I'm sure it's a sad thing for many. But I'm over it - I'm aware this may come off as rude and inconsiderate and I really mean no offense, but the news of his death was not something I held on to like some ppl did and still are. EVER since the news, my parents and so many other ppl have been on this. I come home, and my parents are watching the news abt it still. I go on fb, and the majority of status' are abt it and the memorial. I guess I'm commenting on this b/c my parents are watching their RECORDING of it, like right now. I just find it odd b/c my friend just told me today that two of her close highschool friends died in a car crash on the DVP yesterday night and that one of the guys who died was involved w/ one of her bf's from her highschool that I met briefly a LONG time ago. That was sad news too, but I find it odd that even though I don't know these two guys, I feel more towards this than MJ b/c we somehow have mutual friends. Again, I don't want to come off as an MJ hater, b/c I really did like his music too - and again, I know it's sad ...
BUT TO ME, there are more important people and lives, who were ACTUALLY IN MY life, that I would rather spend my time remembering.

Funny, because looking back - I had this. I felt like I had this. But as always, I pull and push away from this when it's there. Either because I felt like it's something I don't deserve, or because I felt like it was too good to true and that it wouldn't last - even when at one point, it really did feel like "no matter what". It just hurts to have felt this way and leave it, not knowing if it could have been "no matter what" & knowing how selfish it was for me to leave it, not knowing how and if I hurt him.

well will u look at that! its New Years Eve 2005!
and since its the end of the yr, u kno ...
ppl start talkin bout the past yr and so on and just start to reflect
sooooo it got me reflecting on the past year - "2005"
have to say that it went by kinda fast
yet wen i think about earlier on in the yr .. feels so long ago
(however, thats how it usually feels)
this yr had its share of ups and downs - as every yr does
and as per usual, the downs seem to stand out more that the ups =S
and u kno .. u kinda remember them more throughout the yr - but - looking back ..
.. the ups .. they were great - some fun times man
and altho this week's been kind of a downer - im 'trying' to make the most of it
as for next yr ... oh boy lol
its kinda funny thinking bout how the Lord knows exactly what 2006 holds for me
n i mean, it still marvels me how we hve no clue what tm will hold .. let alone a few mins/hrs and wat.not
n He knows stuff yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeears frm now
.. basically to infinity and beyond!!!!! lol
oy. the future is something everyone ponders abt
im just hoping and praying that 2006 will be more like this one particular time of 2005
this so.called particular time is something i like to call my "go back" time
cuuuuz basically its a time i wanna go back to =P lol
ye ye lame i kno ... but tru
oh man, hopefully i'll be a lot smarter in the coming yr wen it comes to making decisions too (big, small n just in general)
cuz Lord knows ive made some stuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuupid mistakes this yr
and in the past week - hence the downer week =S
aaand altho its something that is sometimes overlooked ... (=/)
... God 'HAS' blessed me this yr
and i am so thankful and grateful for all the blessings and amazing moments He gave in 2005
WELL!! tm is 2006!!
